Our mediation process.

Enabling constructive conversations to reach win-win solutions that create long lasting successful outcomes.

How we do it.

Our mediation process involves a series of facilitated meetings between two parties in conflict. Mediators act as impartial third parties and enable constructive conversations, allowing parties to understand and empathise with each other. We then use these discussions as a basis for joint problem solving. Ultimately we create agreements that are owned by the parties and provide a framework for successful and productive working relationships.

The benefits of mediation

Through mediation we are able to get colleagues talking in a constructive manner. By encouraging empathy and understanding parties we are able to remove them from entrenched positions and see things form a different point of view.

Mediation allows people to voice there concerns in a safe and confidential environment. Through open communication we can build constructive relationships and give individuals the skills to deal with future conflict resolution independently.

Mediation can reduce future grievances and avoids the risks of expensive and disruptive employment tribunals. Outcomes can also include commitment to behavioural change increased responsibility for future workplace conduct.

“Over a third of managers would rather parachute jump for the first time than address a conflict within their team in the workplace.”
